Web 2 .0 is a process and it is in the progress. It was coined or one can say that it was "Serendipity". Tim O'Reilly coined this concept and it is catching in Media field and Internet Marketing field. It is said if one has resources one can utilise it even if there is no market to utilise it. when this Idea was in embroynic stage marketer doubted a lot, but now even Media and marketing companies have adopted it like anything.
